A pack of ten self-adhesive foam sheets with an aluminium facing, for lining the panels that make a car noisy - the doors, the boot floor, the bonnet and the bulkhead.

How to use it

Clean and dry the panel first, then cut each sheet to shape. Peel the backing, press the sheet down from the centre outwards, and roll it flat so no air is trapped underneath. Work in overlapping pieces rather than one large sheet on curved panels.

It's light weight, almost weighless. Sticks very well. Make sure you get the location right before sticking it. Because once sticks, you are not able to remove it without tearing the insulation.
