This head uses steel wire, not nylon line. That changes the risk completely.
Steel strands fray and break off, and the fragments are thrown at very high speed. They are thin, sharp and almost invisible in flight. They embed in skin and eyes and go through ordinary clothing. Steel line also kicks back hard off solid objects and can wrap around obstructions and pull the machine.
Check your machine is rated for a steel cutting head at all. Most strimmers and almost all electric ones are nylon-line only, and fitting steel to a machine not designed for it is dangerous. Check the bore and thread against your shaft.
If you use it: full face shield plus impact-rated glasses underneath, heavy long trousers, long sleeves, gloves and stout boots. Keep everyone and every animal at least 15 metres away. Use a bike-handle machine with a harness and the guard fitted. Never use it near cars, glass, windows or on gravel. Sweep the area afterwards for shed wire, especially where children or pets go.
Stop the engine and let the head stop before touching it.
