Important — please read before ordering

The title claimed "radiant flawless skin". That has been removed. This is a cosmetic tool, not a medical device, and it has not been assessed by any medical regulator. It is not the same as professional microneedling, which uses far longer needles in a clinical setting.

This device breaks the skin barrier. That carries real risk of infection and scarring if it is used wrongly.

Safety — non-negotiable

Use a sterile, unopened head every single time, and never reuse or share one. A reused needle head is how people give themselves an infection.

Only put a serum through it that is intended and safe for microneedling. Most ordinary serums are not — anything with vitamin C, acids, retinol, essential oils or fragrance can cause serious irritation or granulomas when it goes past the skin barrier. If in doubt, use plain hyaluronic acid or saline, or nothing.

Do not use it if you have active acne, a cold sore, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, keloid scarring, an infection or broken skin; are on isotretinoin or have been within the last six months; are pregnant; or have a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners.

Clean the skin thoroughly first. Do not use it more than the instructions allow. Use sun protection afterwards, and stop at once if the skin stays red, swollen or sore, or if you see any sign of infection — see a doctor if you do. Not for children. If you want microneedling done properly, have it done by a trained practitioner.
