I ordered this radio and after I installed it my rear speakers were making a thumping sound. I started diagnosing the issue and after a few hours of digging I figured out that the wire harness adapter that comes with this radio is only for the base model Chevy sonic sound system. If you have the premium sound system the wire harness will be incorrect. Only the front speakers will work and the rear speakers will make a rhythmic thumping due to 12v power being sent down the rear speaker signal wires. I tried to contact support and did not receive a response. I'm hoping they have the correct wire harness available because if they don't I will have to splice into my factory wiring to make this radio work properly. I'm very upset that I paid for a plug and play radio and it does not work as advertised

The radio comes with many different wires. I sent an email to the seller to ask, and the customer service sent me a detailed installation video and answered my question patiently. Now it works very well. Amazing products and good customer service. Highly recommended.
