The product was shipped before the estimated arrival time (in less than a week). The brushes look just like on the pictures. They are firm but a few bristles/hairs are loose (not too many so it's not devastating). Overall, I'm very happy, especially considering the price. I haven't spoken to customer service, so I can't rate that.

when I first got them they smelt like glue which was weird but they're VERRRYYY soft around the eyes, pick up pigments amazingly and are overall an amazing product. The brushes are a little wonky with the shape but I kind of like it since there's more ways to experiment with them
