The title said "Brightening Serum for Dark Circles" and the listing said it brightens dark circles, illuminates tired eyes, gives a firming and contoured finish and smooths fine lines. All of that has been taken out.
This is a cosmetic oil, not a medicine. It does not firm or contour skin, and it does not remove lines. Dark circles come from genetics, thin skin and tiredness — an oil reaches none of them.
No vitamin C concentration is stated, which is the only figure that would tell you anything. Vitamin C is not a sunscreen — use a proper SPF.
Safety
Apply on the orbital bone, well away from the lash line — oils migrate and this one will find your eye. Rinse thoroughly with water if it does. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use; vitamin C stings readily on thin skin. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if the skin becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
