The title said "Anti-Dark Circle" and "Firming", and the listing said it brightens dark circles, evens shadowing, firms and lifts and softens wrinkles. All of that has been taken out.
This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not firm or lift skin, does not brighten or lighten skin, and does not remove lines. Dark circles come from genetics, thin skin and tiredness — a cream reaches none of them. Hydrated skin looks a little smoother and less shadowed while it is hydrated.
Safety
Apply on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
