Confirm your engine code and the position of your factory diverter valve before ordering, because 1.8T installations differ between models and years. A valve that vents to atmosphere on a mass-airflow car can make the engine run rich and stumble between shifts — that is why the splitter is adjustable.

Completely useless item, if installed correctly the engine tries to stall and the adjustment does nothing. When put in reverse the engine does not stall, but there is no whistling sound either.
