Before using the dent puller I poured a jug of hot water onto the door panel. This helped me pull out a small dent very easily. It took me 2 or 3 attempts but I am happy with the result.

Item received as per listing. Fast dispatch and delivery. Suction was good and pulled out a dent reasonably well. It won't pull out creases but that was expected.
