Smells a bit, I suggest leaving it outside on a dry day and then most of the smell is gone. Magnets aren’t really strong. For the rest it’s a nice mat.

Great mat for repairs. The grey color is the main benefit. It does not offset the white balance of a camera when you take pictures of the repairs. (On my previous red silicone mat the phone white balance was always completely bizarre) The grey is also more easy on the eyes when doing delicate repairs where you need to focus on small parts. Many nice spaces and for tools and disassembled parts. It could do with less magnets. I don't want need so many (4). 2 is enough.
