This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not lift or firm skin, and it does not remove puffiness or lines. Puffiness and eye bags come from fluid, fat pads and thin skin — a cream does not reach any of them. Hydrated skin looks a little smoother while it is hydrated.
Safety: Apply on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
