The title said "Lifting & Tightening" and "Dark Circle Care", and the listing said it supports a firmer contour, reduces the look of eye bags, settles puffiness and brightens dark circles. All of that has been taken out.
This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not lift, tighten or firm skin, and it does not brighten skin or remove bags. Dark circles and eye bags come from genetics, thin skin, tiredness and fat pads — a cream reaches none of them.
Safety
Apply on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
In less than 2 weeks of use (twice a day), there was a great improvement in the crow's feet. They almost disappeared! See before and after image. I have some normal fine lines under my eyes and they are also improving (but at a much slower pace). I think this product is excellent for the price! For reference, my laugh lines only appear when I smile and I am 36 years old.

I really like this product, I really like it. I have been using it for a month. After applying it, it has improved my under-eye bags a lot. These photos, one was taken before using this product and the other was taken after using it. I will definitely buy it again and recommend it to everyone.
