The 10kg drag figure is the supplier's rating at full lock and has not been independently tested. In practice you fish well below maximum drag, and the line usually gives way before the drag does.
No reel can guarantee a catch. Earlier wording promising "a successful catch every time" was the supplier's and has been removed.
Rinse with fresh water and dry after saltwater use, and oil the bearings periodically.
