Good to know

• This is the gun only. No foam canister is included. It needs gun-grade foam — the type with a screw thread, not the straw-nozzle DIY cans.
• Clean the gun with foam cleaner immediately after every use. Cured foam inside the gun cannot be removed and will ruin it.
• Leave a part-used canister screwed on between jobs rather than removing it.

Safety — please read

• Uncured PU foam sticks to skin and is very hard to remove. Wear gloves, eye protection and old clothes. Do not try to wipe it off — let it cure and wear off.
• PU foam contains isocyanates. The vapour is a respiratory sensitiser and can cause occupational asthma. Work in a well-ventilated area and wear a suitable respirator for larger jobs.
• Cured foam is combustible. It must not be left exposed near flues, chimneys, downlighters or any heat source — it needs to be covered by a fire-rated material where building regulations require it.
• Foam expands with real force. Do not overfill a cavity around a door or window frame — it will bow the frame.
