The clamp unscrews very wide and allows to attach it to really thick surfaces. It's a bit wobbly, so rather use it to just watch videos, not to scroll (it's gonna wobble when you touch it).

the length of the bendy part is about 19 inched or 48 cm so its not suuupper long. i have it on my night stand and i have to angle my head to look at the screen (okay divaa drama queen 🤭) which like isnt a huge problem but just to say that its not super long. it adjusts nicely just takes a little bit of muscle and its pretty stable so far!
