this works you can grab hold of it with an impact driver and you can tighten it up properly it's about the only one that's worth getting that I've seen on this site I've got two others and to be honest I'd rather send them back

Great quality product, easily fits drill bits below 1.5mm and up to 10.5mm. Comes in 3 parts with the hex shank attaches into the drill head by screwing in then a reverse-thread screw (left turn to tighten) inside the head from the front.
