What it does
Niacinamide is a well-studied ingredient many people use for an uneven-looking tone and to support the skin barrier.
Hydrated skin looks plumper and smoother, so fine dry lines are less visible while it stays hydrated.
This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. Collagen applied to the skin does not become collagen in your skin — the molecule is far too large to get in. And a topical PDRN cream is not the same thing as an injectable PDRN treatment: it does not repair or regenerate skin.
