Good to know

• Warm steam opens the skin's surface and softens debris, which makes cleansing and extractions easier. That is what it does — it is not a medical device and does not treat acne, rosacea or any skin condition.
• Use distilled or filtered water. Tap water leaves scale that will block the nozzle.
• Descale the tank regularly.

Safety — please read

• The mist is hot and can scald. Keep the nozzle at least 30–40cm from your face, never point it at anyone else, and never open the tank while it is hot or under pressure.
• Limit sessions to around 10 minutes. Longer or closer can burn or dry out the skin.
• Do not use if you have rosacea, active eczema, sunburn, broken skin or very sensitive skin, or after a recent cosmetic procedure, without asking a dermatologist.
• Water and mains electricity together: keep the base dry, plug it into an RCD/GFCI-protected socket, and never fill it while plugged in.
• Do not look directly into the LED lamp. Keep away from children.
