Product came exactly as described but with a hiccup. My card was no good. Did this mean I was toast. NOPE! They sent me the file to download to put on a new card and got me up and running. I love being able to play GTA III anywhere. I know this has the same chipset and ram as the R36S, but to me it runs better. Maybe it's the way the system runs, but after a few races on the R36S in Mario Kart DS, it would lag. Not here. Some N64 titles even play smooth, which shocked me. The card failure wasn't the sellers fault. The manufacturers of these handhelds all use cheap cards, which is why they're known to fail. Excellent customer service. Will be buying 3 more for my sons.

Very happy with this console! The screen is big and clear, colors look great. I was not expecting it to run games so smooth. Battery last long and system is easy to use. It feels good in hands and perfect to play when I travel or before sleep. Good price for what it offers. If you like old games, you will love this one!
