All of that has been taken out. This is a cosmetic serum, not a medicine. It does not shrink pores (pore size is fixed by your skin), does not lighten skin or fade pigment, and does not treat acne — acne treatments are regulated medicines. If you have acne, see a doctor or pharmacist.
About spicules: spicules are microscopic sponge needles that make tiny punctures in the skin. They commonly cause stinging, redness, itching and peeling, especially at first. They are not suitable for sensitive, broken, sunburned or actively inflamed skin.
Safety: Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Start with a small amount, no more than twice a week. Avoid the eye area and any broken skin. Use sun protection daily — this leaves skin more sun-sensitive. Do not combine with retinoids, acids or scrubs. Stop if your skin becomes red, sore or swollen. Keep out of reach of children.
