Very happy with this item. There is useful information on the United Star website about getting the best performance from the aircon unit. This one isn't quiet, but not too noisy either. Better for a living room than a bedroom. Easy to set up. Works well and delivery was quicker than I expected.
As a renter, I can’t drill walls for split AC, this portable unit is my perfect pick! Three working modes meet all my seasonal needs: cool for hot summer, dehumidify for damp weather, fan for mild days. It cools my 20㎡ bedroom quickly, movable wheels let me shift it anywhere I need. Assembly is simple with the included exhaust hose, no professional tools required. Stable performance after weeks of use, no water leakage issues. Ideal temporary cooling solution for rental houses!
Arrived not working as expected and iPhone opening it was leaking refrigerant and oil seller wouldn’t refund me as no damage to the shipping box but item still arrived with internal faults there is no such thing as buyer protection especially when sending this back cost 1/3rd it’s value and it’s on the buyer to pay that
