How to use it
Press the gauge squarely against the profile until every pin has settled, lift it away without knocking it, lay it on the tile or board and draw round it.
Good to know
Accuracy depends on pressing it square and keeping it flat. On very fine detail the pin width limits how much shape it can pick up, so check the traced line before you cut.
