Good to know

• Reception depends on where you are and which stations are nearby. AM in particular is affected by buildings and electrical interference.
• Cassette recording quality is what cassette recording quality has always been — fine for speech and radio, not hi-fi.
• Check the power source (batteries and/or mains adaptor) and the plug type before ordering.

Recording — please note

• Recording broadcast material is for your own private use. Copying or sharing recordings of copyrighted broadcasts or music is not permitted in most countries.
• Recording a conversation without the other person's knowledge is illegal in many places. Check your local law.
