This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a treatment and not a medicine. It does not remove wrinkles. Dark circles come from genetics, thin skin and tiredness — a cream reaches none of them. Hydrated skin looks a little smoother and less shadowed while it is hydrated.
Safety
Apply on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. A jar you dip fingers into picks up bacteria — use clean hands or a clean spatula every time. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Niacinamide can cause flushing on sensitive skin. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
