seems small but strong magnets . would recommend only for small pcb boards

The arms hold firm, are flexible, and the magnets are strong... I mean like very very strong. The surface is smooth, the grip of the underside has a decent amount of friction so it doesn't move around while soldering. Probably one of the coolest items I've purchased in a long time, don't doubt yourself, buy it along with a set of Spring-Loaded Magnetic PCB Holder Bits, which take it from excellent to amazing.
