Why the collar matters
Plasterboard holds a screw by its paper face. Driven too deep the screw tears through and holds nothing; left proud it shows through the filler. The collar sets it right every time.
Test on an offcut and adjust before doing a whole wall. Check whether it is impact rated before using it in an impact driver. Wear eye protection.
