Important — what this is not
This is a scented essential oil, not a medicine, and it has not been assessed by the FDA, MHRA or any medical regulator. It does not treat, cure or prevent anything, including anxiety, insomnia, headaches or skin conditions. Many people find the scent relaxing; that is the honest claim.
Safety — essential oils are concentrated
Never apply it to skin undiluted, never swallow it, and never put it in your eyes or a bath without a proper dispersant. For skin use, dilute to a low percentage in a carrier oil and patch test first.
Keep out of reach of children and pets — essential oils are toxic if swallowed, and a small amount can be serious for a child. The bottle may not have a child-resistant cap.
Diffused oils can harm cats, dogs and birds. Only diffuse in a ventilated room an animal can leave, and not at all around birds.
Ask a doctor before use in pregnancy, around a baby, or with asthma. Store it capped, cool and out of the light.
