hair is TRUE TO LENGTH I got 34 inches. it feels soft. ends feel a bit rougher but that may be due to processing them for the end curl pattern. softens up when moisturizing hair lotion is applied. Great communication from seller and hair came on time. this hair expands so you do not need a lot great volume and blends with my natural hair.
