Functions as designed and convenient for my battery charging requirements. Very clever stepping up 5v USB power to charge a 21v battery. This proves useful for the battery chainsaw that I carry in my vehicle as you do not need access to mains power to charge the battery, only USB power. The charging process is somewhat slower when compared to mains charging. This is to be expected.
