What IP67 actually means
IP67 covers dust, and immersion in still fresh water to 1 metre for 30 minutes in a laboratory test. It is not a swimming rating. Do not swim, shower or dive with it — moving water, soap, salt water and pressure all exceed the test, and the rating drops as the seals age.

This is a consumer fitness product, not a medical device, and it has not been assessed by any medical regulator. Any heart rate, sleep, oxygen or activity figures are rough estimates for general fitness use. They are not diagnostic, must not be used to detect, monitor or treat any medical condition, and do not replace a doctor or proper medical equipment.
Check whether the GPS is built in or relies on your phone in the product options — "GPS" on inexpensive watches often means it shows the phone's location, which is no use if you leave the phone behind.
Notifications and calling need a paired phone and a charged watch.
