The listing calls it high pressure. A hose nozzle produces the pressure your tap gives it — it concentrates the flow, it does not add pressure. It is not a pressure washer and will not do what one does.

A straight jet is useful for wheel arches and rinsing, but do not use a hard jet at close range on paint, damaged lacquer, old seals or a car's electrical connections.
