Please read before ordering

  • Check the crankshaft diameter, length, keyway and mounting bolt pattern against your equipment before ordering.
  • The 2,200W figure is the supplier's rating and has not been independently bench-tested. Continuous output is lower.
  • Diesel fuel only. Petrol in a diesel engine will destroy it.
  • Fill the sump with oil before the first start.
  • Hand-cranking a diesel takes real effort, especially in cold weather. Diesels are harder to start cold than petrol engines.
  • "Low noise" is relative — a single-cylinder diesel is loud. Wear hearing protection.

Safety

  • Diesel engines produce carbon monoxide and soot. Never run one indoors, in a garage, or near a window or air intake.
  • Diesel exhaust is classified as carcinogenic. Do not breathe it.
  • Let the engine cool before refuelling.
  • Keep hands and clothing clear of the shaft, and fit a guard over any belt or chain drive.
  • Emissions rules restrict where non-certified small diesel engines may be used in some countries and US states. Check before buying.

Die Kurbelwelle hat das Paket durchbohrt, aber dass größte Problem ist das der Motor nach etwa 15 Minuten Betrieb selbstständig die Drehzahl erhöht hat. Er drehte weit über der angegebenen Drehzahl hinaus, das Reglergestänge hat keinen Widerstand mehr. Vermutlich ist der Fliehkraftregler oder die Einspritzpumpe jetzt defekt. Ich bin Fachkundig und kein Laie, ein Benutzerfehler kann ausgeschlossen werden. Er wurde mit Premiumdiesel und hochwertigem 15W40 Motoröl betrieben.

Die Lieferung war nicht so toll musste das Teil bei der DHL abholen. Holzkiste ist perfekt nur ist das Teil herumgefallen. Der Motor hat sich nur schwer gedreht. Das Plech vom Startzug ist verbogen. Habe es repariert. Wie der Motor läuft wird sich noch Zeigen.

Motor was thrown through side of box a mess of styrofoam I had to tighten fuel petcok took for ever to find that was where diesel was leaking a hose clamp on the fuel line wasn’t even worth it. It’s supposed to be pretty much pointless and every boat on the thing I had a pretty much tighten makes you wonder how the inside is
