Q: Is this unit compatible with my car?
A: To make sure the unit fits your car, please
confirm your car brand, model, year, dashboard photo, and original plug photo before ordering. Different country versions and different car configurations may use different cables or frames. If you are not sure, please send us your car information and dashboard photos for confirmation before purchase.

Q: What information should I provide before ordering?
A: Please provide your car brand and model, year,
original dashboard photo, original plug photo, whether your car has a factory amplifier, whether it has a factory rear camera, and whether you need to keep steering wheel control. If your car has a factory amplifier such as Bose, JBL,Infinity, or Harman Kardon, please tell us beforeordering.

Q: Does my car need a CANBUS decoder?
A: Some cars need a CANBUS decoder to keep
original functions such as steering wheel control, factory amplifier, factory rear camera, door information, and air conditioner display. Whether CANBUS is needed depends on your car year and configuration. Please send us your car information and dashboard photos before ordering so we can confirm it for you.

Q: What should I do if there is no sound after
installation?
A: Please check whether the speaker wires or
original audio wires are connected correctly. If your car has a factory amplifier, make sure the AMP-C / AMP-CON /REM / ANT CONT amplifier control wire is connected. Some cars need a CANBUS decoder to activate the factory amplifier. Also check the audio output setting, amplifier setting, and car protocol setting. If there is still no sound, please send us wiring photos, car information, and a short video.

Q: Can the steering wheel control buttons work?
A: Most compatible cars can support steering
wheel control, but the KEY1 / KEY2 / GND wires must be connected correctly, or the function may need to work through a CANBUS decoder. If the steering wheel buttons do not work after installation, please enter the system setting to learn the buttons, or contact us to confirm the
protocol setting.

Q: Can I keep my factory rear camera?
A: Some cars can keep the factory rear camera,
but the rear video cable and reverse trigger wire must be connected correctly. Some factory cameras use different voltage or plugs, so an adapter cable or special CANBUS may be required. Please confirm whether your car has a
factory rear camera before ordering.

Q: Is this product plug and play?
A: For most compatible cars, basic installation
can be plug and play. However, different car
configurations may require extra wiring such as ACC, B+, GND, AMP, BACK, or KEY wires, or may require a CANBUS decoder. To avoid installation problems, please contact us before installation to confirm the cable and car configuration.

Q: Why does the unit not power on?
A: Please check whether the B+constant power
wire has 12V, whether the ACC ignition wire has 12V, whether the GND ground wire is connected correctly, whether the fuse is burned, and whether the original plug is fully inserted. If your car needs CANBUS, please confirm that the CANBUS is connected correctly. If the unit still
does not power on, please send us wiring photos and a test video.
