The listing calls this an insulated screwdriver. Unless the product options confirm a VDE 1000V rating with individual testing, a plastic handle is not electrical insulation and this tool must not be used for live working. Only VDE-marked, individually tested tools are approved for that.
Safety warning about the tester
Never use a tester screwdriver as your proof that a circuit is dead. These are the least reliable voltage indicators there are — they miss live conductors behind shielding or in conduit, they need a current path through your body to work at all, and they give false readings from induced voltage.
Always prove dead with a two-pole voltage tester, and prove the tester on a known live source before and after.
