What it does and does not do
This is a cosmetic serum, not a medicine, and it has not been assessed by any medical regulator. It does not change your skin's firmness or elasticity — collagen molecules are far too large to enter skin from a serum, and they act as a surface moisturiser. Hydrated skin looks plumper and smoother while it is hydrated.
Note on PDRN: the medical evidence around PDRN comes from injected preparations used by clinicians. A topical serum is not the same treatment.
Safety
This contains a salmon-derived ingredient. Do not use it if you have a fish allergy, and it is not suitable if you avoid animal-derived ingredients.
Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Avoid the eye area. Stop if your skin becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
