Dismantling the neodymium strong magnetic external rotor servo bus control brushless motor, we found some information that it should be controlled by 485 bus, with built-in magnetic encoding circuit servo motor, 12 bit precision nominal 4096 angle increment, and sealed oil seal on the external rotor shaft. It was originally driven by the robot chassis.




This batch of motors is in good condition after disassembly, and there are also a small number of new inventory without brackets. Some may have slight white oxidation marks on some parts of the shell. Choose with or without brackets as needed.




The motor can also be driven by brushless electric adjustment after removing the internal drive. The 12V-24V brushless electric adjustment test shows a no-load speed of 490-980 revolutions per minute. The neodymium strong magnetic outer rotor torque is very good, and it is estimated to be suitable for DIY power generation. It has been tested that the output voltage of the outer rotor can exceed 12V by quickly adjusting it by hand.




The outer rotor diameter of the motor is about 65mm, with strong neodymium magnets inside. It has a built-in drive circuit, a nominal voltage of 6S battery, and high-precision control using 485 bus protocol. The original configuration uses a robot chassis drive, which is matched with tires or wheels. Specific research is required.
