Have not used it yet but arrived ok. The bag is crap, do not expect much from it. Mine already had a hole from rubbing during transport, but no issue for me. Was not planning to use it anyway.

I Haven't used the tool as yet but do not feel confident given the puller lug is made of plastic rather than steel like the rest of the slide hammer. It won't be a big problem to make a new and stronger steel puller but it's just disappointing that the manufacturer cheap-skated on the most vulnerable part.
