The title said "whitening", "brightening" and "even-tone". All have been taken out. This is a cosmetic moisturising essence, not a medicine. It does not whiten or lighten skin and does not even out skin tone. It has not been assessed by the FDA, MHRA or any medical regulator.
Collagen molecules are far too large to enter skin from an essence and work as a surface moisturiser.
