Please read before ordering
- Electronic testers must be calibrated to be accurate. pH and ORP probes drift and need recalibrating regularly with buffer solutions, which are usually sold separately. An uncalibrated meter can read badly wrong.
- Rinse the probes in clean water after every use and store them as the manual says. Letting a pH probe dry out ruins it.
- Accuracy figures are the supplier's and have not been independently verified. For anything that matters — a public pool, or water anyone might drink — use a properly calibrated instrument or a laboratory test. This is a consumer device for a domestic pool.
- It does not measure combined chlorine, cyanuric acid, alkalinity or calcium hardness, all of which matter for pool chemistry.

- Pool chemicals are hazardous. Follow the label on whatever you dose with, never mix chlorine products, and keep them away from children.
- Do not use this meter to decide whether water is safe to drink.

This is my third tester that I'm using at three different pool locations. Perfect water tester that is really reflecting actual swimming pool water status. Shipping to Europe took usually about 3-4 weeks. Communication with the professional seller is absolutely fantastic, very kind and knowledgeable person. The truth is also that seller is really trying to gain profit on almost everything. Twice I received system with batteries, third time I received without the 4 x silver 1.5V batteries, that created to me additional cost of 6 EUR. No excuse for batteries, as shipping is always done via ground transportation, not via air where batteries are an issue. Be careful... sensors are very fragile components, as second shipment I received was was with physically damaged sensor. Exact amount for the new sensor was partially refunded and after re-ordering with seller was replaced. Remedy of resending sensor was done again in about the month period.

The item does not measure chlorine level, it is always 0, have tried with other meters and the measure correctly
Got the unit ok, made some tests. I'm mainly interested in the PH value and the FAC content of my pool water. The PH values are all ok, compare well with my colorimetric results. Also tests with other samples gave plausible results. However the clorine FAC tests failed. My pool water tested with my 2 different kits shows a CL content of 1 and 1.5ppm by color comparison. The new digital device YY1070 shows repeatedly 0.0ppm . Unfortunately It is not usable for me.
