The title said "Anti-Wrinkle". That has been taken out. This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not remove or reduce wrinkles. Moisturised skin looks a little smoother and plumper while it is moisturised, and lines look less obvious as a result — that effect goes when the moisture does.
