I got the DJI 04 lite camera. This seller sent me a damaged camera, obvious dent in the lens. I showed them and they told me how to repair it. Well, I did repair it enough to use, but it still didn’t work, the camera was obviously impacted by something, it didn’t come in any original packaging, just a tiny plastic container in some bubble wrap. It had greasy fingerprints on the lens too. Was not packaged with care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE. they do not take pride in customer satisfaction. They did not offer a replacement or compensation. Also took almost a month to arrive. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 this is the second damaged camera I’ve gotten for this unit, came with a damaged camera. Now I have to order another camera, shoulda just got the pro! It’s ending up costing the same, only I’m gonna be left with the sub-par image quality of the 04 lite.
