Everything arrived in perfect condition and looks shiny new. I was worried about import duties, but with some discounts I managed to get the pre-tax price to €132 (€158 including VAT), which apparently was sufficient to avoid trouble as the package arrived without a hitch. Since it is an expensive package I recorded the process of opening it just in case, but it contained everything I expected. While I haven't tested it yet since I still need to set up LinuxCNC + need some parts for connecting the PSU, I am confident this kit will work perfectly fine.
