The title said "Tightening" and "for Bags & Wrinkles", and the listing said it gives a visibly firmer contour, reduces the look of eye bags, settles puffiness and smooths fine lines. All of that has been taken out.
This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not tighten or firm skin, and it does not remove bags, puffiness or lines. Eye bags are fat pads and fluid under thin skin — a cream does not reach them. Massaging the area can briefly move fluid, and hydrated skin looks a little smoother. That is the whole effect.
Safety
Massage gently on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line — the skin there is thin and dragging it does more harm than the cream does good. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
