A 35-bottle set at this price consists largely of fragrance oils and diluted blends, not pure essential oils. Many of the scents in sets like this — vanilla, coconut, linen, most fruits — do not exist as botanical essential oils at all. That is fine for candles and soap; it is not the same product as an essential oil. Check the label on each bottle.

These are for scent only — not medicines, and they treat nothing.

Safety

Do not apply them undiluted to skin, swallow them, or add them to a bath. Keep them away from the eyes.

For soap and candles, use only at the maximum safe percentage for the application, and never add fragrance oil to wax above its flash point.

Keep out of reach of children and pets — these oils are toxic if swallowed, and bottles in sets like this often have no child-resistant cap. Diffused oils can harm cats, dogs and especially birds; ventilate, and do not diffuse around birds.
