Ten self-adhesive foam pads with an aluminium facing, at 25 x 18.5 cm. Small enough to fit between the bracing inside a door skin, a bonnet or a boot floor without trimming.

How to use it

Clean and dry the panel, peel the backing off a pad and press it down from the centre outwards. Overlap the pads where you want full coverage, and trim them with scissors to fit round brackets and wiring.
