Ten self-adhesive foam pads with an aluminium facing, cut to a handy 25 x 18.5 cm so they fit between the bracing on a door skin, a bonnet or a boot floor without any trimming.

How to use it

Clean and dry the panel, peel the backing off a pad and press it down from the centre outwards. Overlap the pads slightly where you want full coverage, and cut them with scissors to fit round brackets and wiring.
