What it can and cannot do
This is a fine abrasive polish. It works by cutting back the clear coat around a mark so the mark is less visible. It only helps with light scratches you cannot feel with a fingernail — scuffs, swirl marks and dull oxidised paint.
It cannot repair a scratch that has gone through the paint to the primer or metal, cannot fill a chip, and cannot fix a crack. Nothing in a tub can. Deep damage needs touch-up paint or a body shop.
Use with care
Every use removes a small amount of clear coat, and the clear coat on a car is thin. Test on a hidden area first. Do not use it repeatedly on the same spot, do not use it on matte, satin or wrapped finishes, and do not use it on hot paint or in direct sun. Keep out of reach of children and away from your eyes.
