The item's description, shown with the bracket in the illustration , the further description under details repeats the same and states it being made of Stainless Steel. The arm itself is of Excellent Quality and is indeed made from Stainless Steel, unfortunately the Bracket isn't, it's mild steel. Also there's a 'fitting manual' pdf option to view which is in fact about a drill chuck?
Very well made, fits perfectly on my Suzuki DT140. Very fast shipping too.
I can't believe I've actually found it,it's been so long since I've missed my little baby steering arm, I used to cuddle it and caress it for hours now it's back in my arms my life now seams complete

The quality is excellent and the metal is very heavy duty. I expect it to work very well.
