The title said "Dark Circle Care" and the listing said it brightens dark circles and evens under-eye tone. That has been taken out. It also said it suits "sensitive eyes" — that is a marketing description, not a guarantee.

This is a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine. It does not brighten or lighten skin. Dark circles come from genetics, thin skin and tiredness — a cream reaches none of them.

Safety

Apply on the orbital bone, not close to the lash line. Never get it in the eye itself — rinse with water if you do. Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Take out contact lenses before applying. Stop if it becomes red, itchy or sore. Keep out of reach of children.
