Retinol makes skin more sensitive to sunlight. Use sun protection every day while using it, and prefer applying it at night. Peeling, redness, dryness and stinging are common — start twice a week and build up slowly.
Patch test and wait 24 hours before first use. Avoid the eye area and the lips. Do not use on broken, sunburned or irritated skin. Do not combine with acids, scrubs or other retinoids.
